What shipping options do you offer?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! B.T.R. NATION offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders right now! 

Do you ship internationally?

B.T.R. NATION ships to Canada right now, and we're working on shipping worldwide! We have some of the best Canadian rates on the market, and we're always trying to make them better. We offer a flat rate of $14.99 for all orders 1.5 lbs. and under (ie. 1 box) and $21.99 for orders 1.5-3.5 lbs. (2 or 3 boxes). If you'd like to order in bulk, please email us at

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Great question! Our transit time is ~2-5 business days. Given the nationwide shipping delays, it could take a few more days. We thank you for your patience! Please note: because B.T.R. Bars are made from real food ingredients, we want to make sure our bars arrive to you in the best condition. Therefore, we ship Monday - Friday. If you place your order between Friday at 12 PM PST - Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday. In addition, please note: if an item is on pre-order, it will state the estimated shipping time on the product listing.

Where do you ship from?

B.T.R. NATION is based in San Francisco, CA. We ship everything from our warehouse there!

Do your bars come in a refrigerated case?

B.T.R. NATION Bars have a 100% clean label, and they do not need to be refrigerated. If your bars happen to arrive a little melted because we only use real food ingredients, you can stick your bars in the fridge for a half hour for them to harden. Or if you like melted chocolate chips, go ahead and enjoy as is!

What is your return policy?

We care about YOU! You our first priority.

If you are unhappy with your B.T.R. NATION experience, we can review your refund request as long as it's submitted within 30 days of your purchase (the date on your order). If we are able to process your refund, you must ship the product back to us (we generate the return label for you) before receiving your refund. Please reach out to me at, so I can make it right!
